As an HR Services Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will provide HR support, handle inquiries, process transactions, and ensure compliance. You'll work with HR partners and Total Reward COE to deliver high-quality services and support. As an HR Services Specialist I at Honeywell, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the organization. This hybrid position combines responsibility for offboarding activities with support for HR operations related to the Total Rewards COE. In this role, you will help create a seamless employee experience while contributing to the overall success of the workforce. You will report directly to our HR Services Sr Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery by providing timely and accurate HR support, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
