Together we can

We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join the HR VST team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive in the various required activities. They will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both employees and management in all HR administrative matters.
They will act as a point of contact for HR services of Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group Company with approximately 900 employees in Italy, active in the Network and Digital & IT areas. They will be part of an international team with opportunities to share best practices across 11 European markets. The role will be crucial in ensuring the proper functioning of HR administrative activities, supporting the team in daily management, and contributing to process optimization.
