As an HR Data Management Specialist within the Employee Data Operations (EDO) team, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our human resources data. You will manage and maintain employee information within our HR systems, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR processes through effective data management. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to optimize HR operations and help achieve organizational goals. Job Responsibilities Update employee personal, position, and job-related information in JPMC’s system of records (HCM & PeopleSoft), including mergers and acquisitions. Provide employment verification letters and conduct reference checks for ex-employees as requested by external parties. Manage the Records Management process for imaging, storage, and retrieval of employee documents in a secure, centralized environment. Analyze and update high-priority employee transactions and requests in PeopleSoft/HCM for ASPAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America regions. Gather facts and analyze data using systematic methods; report on data entry and key metrics. Identify sources of data and maintain a wish list of issues, partnering on solutions. Perform basic accuracy checks on data as per processes; highlight and rectify errors promptly. Work on daily BAU and Data Integrity reports; liaise with requestors and project teams to resolve data quality issues. Ensure follow-up requests are closed to completion and quality checks are completed accurately and on time. Manage key activities such as quality checks, uploads, error verification, duplicate SID resolution, and audit checks. Document findings to monitor team activities; identify gaps in SOPs and update procedures as needed. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services operations & processing environment. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft/Cloud or other HR applications. Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management. Customer-centric mindset. Excellent data capturing skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a pressurized, deadline-driven environment. Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, and familiarity with email writing. System-based thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong team player. Open to work in shifts across APAC, EMEA, and US hours.
