THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dedicated Severance Administration Specialist to act as the single point of contact for all severance administration across the US. This role involves maintaining strict timelines, ensuring data integrity within the Severance tool, and coordinating various separation process activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an administration role.
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred experience working with highly sensitive information that requires a high degree of discretion.
  • Data entry and report generation experience.
  • Preferred experience working in human resources or a closely related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in GSuite, Visio, FileMaker, and SAP Business Support

Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for all severance administration across the US.
  • Maintain strict timelines for the submission and creation of employee severance materials.
  • Responsible for initiating all severance activities in the Severance tool and ensuring data integrity within the tool.
  • Monitor the integration of data from the Severance tool to DocuSign.
  • Coordinate and execute all activities relating to the separation process.
  • Ensure that all reference materials are reviewed and updated as needed.
  • Maintain needed updates to the Severance Sites.
  • Administer report creation and monitor distribution to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor and process employee changes within the tool after an employee has been noticed (accelerated terms, internal transfers, etc.).
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining all signed documentation from DocuSign, ensuring employee tasks are completed.
  • Support additional severance initiatives as needed.
  • Answer escalated employee questions coming from PST and P&C.
