Job Title:
HR Shared Service Associate-US Benefits
Job Description
The Associate, People Solutions Center assist employees in the utilization and understanding of benefit plans. Serve as the first point of contact for benefit information, resolving claim issues, assisting with annual enrollment, login issues and understanding of benefit plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to staff in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate and timely manner, consistently meeting commitments by phone, chat, email or ticket.
  • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner
  • Assist employees with eligibility questions.
  • Assist and resolve billing claim issues. Assist with ordering medical and dental ID cards as needed.
  • Assist with Life Event Changes inquiries and eligibility.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements
  • Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Assist with online enrollment
  • Review benefit plan information
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 1 year with US Benefits Customer Service Support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strict adherence to Health Insurance Privacy and Accountability Act
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to toggle between various systems/windows
  • Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills

For internal candidates only:

  • At least 1 year at Concentrix and current role
  • No Disciplinary Action (DA) issued in the past 3 months
  • Good attendance and performance record (Meeting KPI´s or objectives for the past 3 months)
  • English level of 90% or above
  • HR studies or experienced (preferred)
  • Experience working with Healthcare or US Benefits (must) (Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Insurance)
