We are currently recruiting for a new staff member to join the transactions team at Merseyside Police. Job Purpose  To support the Team Leader in providing a comprehensive and effective HR Shared Services function to the Force through the effective management of workloads, monitoring of performance and the provision of timely, advice & guidance and quality data. We will support you to : An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within Merseyside Police .  Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.  A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.  Knowledge & skills/experience:  CIPD level 3 is desirable or previous experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment.
