Working closely with management, you will have the opportunity to influence workplace culture, employee engagement and people practices across a growing national business.

You will take ownership of:

  • Providing practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of employment matters
  • Supporting employee relations, including grievances, workplace concerns, conflict resolution and performance matters
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and employment documentation
  • Supporting managers with performance management, employee development and performance improvement processes
  • Identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Working closely with payroll to support accurate and timely payroll and employee administration
  • Ensuring HR practices remain aligned with Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and company policies
  • Supporting workplace health, safety and employee wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the OHS function
  • Developing initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention and workplace culture
  • Supporting workforce planning, organisational development and succession planning as the business continues to expand
  • Preparing HR reports and providing insights to management to support informed people decisions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and practices across the business

About You
