Location: Based at either Redhill or Nottingham site (hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 - 17:00, Friday, 8:30 - 16:00 – who doesn’t love an early finish?
Salary: £27,000 per annum

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • HR administrative experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)
  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within HR legislative requirements (preferable)
  • FMCG experience (Preferable)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
  • Organisation skills working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
  • A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards.
Responsibilities
  • HR Shared Service delivery through the creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Liaise with Line Managers on hire progress.
  • Maintaining and updating all HRIS and employee e-files.
  • Requesting equipment for new starters liaising with key departments to coordinate inductions.
  • Coordinate probation reviews
  • Tracking employee processes and passing to payroll for processing (i.e. refer a friend, maternity, etc).
  • Update monthly payroll file for sign off by HR Shared Services Manager
  • Supporting and where necessary carry out exit interviews and provide analytics.
  • Maintain and update organisational charts.
  • Create and distribute ad-hoc surveys and collate end data.
  • Data gathering and report completion for weekly/monthly/annual reporting.
  • Support with systems integrations, new releases, HR systems training.
