Qualifications - External This position is accountable for the day to day confidential administration and coordination of Service Site Requests for US Field Services. - Prepare and submit personnel information required on Schneider Services employees in accordance with customer requirements in order for them to gain access to the customer job site. - Prepare and submit letters required for information verification on Schneider Services employees - Access multiple Schneider Electric HR systems in order to collect required information - Processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, background checks and drug testing reports. Skills Required: - Strong time management abilities - Must be very organized - Attention to detail - Attentive to time sensitivities - Professional conduct and ability to work with high level of confidentiality - Must have advanced level English skills
