JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources & Soft Skills Trainer to join our professional training centre in Dubai. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training programs to corporate clients and individuals, with a strong focus on HR best practices and essential soft skills needed in today’s workplace.
The ideal candidate should have practical HR experience, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong understanding of adult learning in multicultural environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, NLP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR training and soft skills facilitation.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices.
• Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems, Google Meet etc).
