Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the whole recruitment process including job ad postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer releasing and onboarding Maintain and update employee records in system. Be Responsible for employee activities plan and implementation Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions. Coordinate training and development programs. Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in payroll and benefits administration. Provide general HR support as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
