This role serves as a key bridge between management and staff to maintain organized, accurate, and employee-friendly workplace programs. This position will be based at Baghdad Plant. What You Can Expect from The Role Supports HR Business partner to be ensure that the required strategies are defined, and the actions are taken in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, organizational structuring and compensation systems in parallel with company’s vision and missions in accordance with functional needs and collaboration with the business leaders. Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans. And advising in the process of performance evaluations. Lead, coordinate and conduct orientation for new hires (on boarding & off boarding). Coordinates recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. Managing the whole process of Performance management in coordination with LT and people managers. Managing Workplace  and engaging employees to share their business activities and get benefit from other countries. Partners closely with related Group HR expertise lead to streamline HR activities. Managing in arranging Business English programs to develop their business lanagues also monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Managing yearly Internship program for undegruate students and geting attract of new creative and innovative generation to CCI. Making efforts and facilitate employees’ engagement result and engagement program and action plan like social activities. What You Bring 5 years of experience in HR functional and management sector. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business  Upper Intermediate in English , Arabic. Highly analytical. Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel. Potential to be promoted to key management roles in the country. To manage internal customer requests through consulting mission.
