Key Responsibilities: Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials to facilitate smooth integration Process payroll information accurately and maintain complete employee records in the HR system Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and support full-cycle recruitment activities Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines Organize and execute team-building activities and employee engagement programs to foster positive work environment Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and related personnel files Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects to support departmental objectives and organizational development Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 2+ years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Fluent in English and German, Chinese is preferred Why Join Us?
