The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources activities across the group's properties, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and UAE Labour Law compliance. Core responsibilities include sourcing and selecting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. A critical component of this role involves providing expert advice on UAE Labour Law, ensuring the organization remains fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. You will also support employee engagement initiatives, maintain accurate HR records, and prepare regular reports on HR metrics for management review. Additionally, you will assist in the administration of payroll, attendance, and leave management, working closely with department heads to address staffing needs across multiple properties.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources, with solid and demonstrable knowledge of UAE Labour Law being essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with relevant HR certifications. You must be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial, as is a commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
