JOB SUMMARY:

Generally responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits with the alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well to legal regulation ensuring that the compensation practices are being complied. Assist and liaises in all government and company initiated benefits administration.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
2. At least 1 year experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.
   Job Type: Full-time
   Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

• Processes Company government mandated benefits.
• Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.
• Processes requests related compensation and benefits certificate.
• Coordinates to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.
• Assists in facilitating initial Comp & Ben related activities such as monitoring of mandated government numbers and/or remittances.
• Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.
• Assists employees on any Comp & Ben related concerns within the Region.
• Produces compensation and benefits report.
• Provides payroll assistance.
  The position will be reporting at BGC, Taguig City.
