WE MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR YOU, IF YOU:

have a hands-on attitude and an understanding of the employment lifecycle from an HR perspective
are passionate for helping others and a solution-oriented mindset
feel comfortable with routine tasks while always seeking ways to improve processes in payroll, employment life cycle, benefits, contract management etc.
have 1-2 years of professional experience from HR generalist type of role and preferably a university degree linked to HR-related area
worked with modern HRIS tools and have interest in analytics and technology
speak fluently in both Finnish AND English
It is highly advantageous if you understand professional services/consulting business.

Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for all payroll related topics and being the key contact person to our external partner
  • acting as an advisor on Finnish labour legislation in day-to-day operations, policies, and processes
  • developing our core people processes - we have launched recently a new HRIS (Personio)
  • managing employee benefits offering, making sure it’s both competitive and aligned with employee needs
  • supporting managers in their daily needs- both short term on ad hoc basis as well as facilitating regular meetings both in person and onlin
