What you’ll do: Maintaining HR documentation in accordance with applicable labor law regulations, including: -preparation and updating of HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates, etc., -maintaining employee personnel files, -monitoring validity of medical examinations and ensuring their timely completion. Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems. Recording and settling employees’ working time (shift systems) in compliance with labor law regulations. Participation in the creation of company work schedules. Monitoring changes in labor law and implementing them within the organization. Administration and coordination of employee benefits (e.g., medical care, sports card). Supporting job evaluation processes and organizational structure updates. Participation in preparation of data for salary planning and annual increases. Preparation and analysis of reports related to working time settlement and HR administration in compliance with Polish regulations (Labor Code, Social Insurance Institution – ZUS, Tax Office – US, National Labour Inspectorate – PIP), as well as Eaton’s internal policies. Handling employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative processes. Cooperation with other company departments, including payroll, finance, and management. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: University degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration and working time accounting Very good knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and working time systems Experience working with HR and payroll systems Highly developed communication and analytical skills Accuracy, attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work under time pressure Good command of English (minimum intermediate level, with full independence in communication with English-speaking individuals) Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills Knowledge of the Płatnik system Familiarity with job evaluation methods, salary structure design, payroll budgeting, and compensation & salary increase systems will be an additional advantage Project management skills
