Description
Amplifon is a leading player in the Hungarian hearing care market, with nearly 200 employees and 82 points of sale nationwide. Our office is located in Lurdy Ház, Budapest. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our local HR team with a strong focus on Recruitment, while also actively contributing to onboarding processes, employer branding initiatives, and various HR projects. In this role, you will work closely with managers and the HR team to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting the company’s continuous growth. Please note that this is a fixed-term position for approximately 2 years. Main Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different business areas  * Conduct active sourcing through various platforms and channels, using different sourcing tools and methodologies confidently  * Partner closely with managers and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process  * Coordinate onboarding activities and support new joiners during their integration  * Support employer branding activities and proactively explore new partnership and visibility opportunities  * Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities  * Prepare HR-related reports, analyses, and presentations  * Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager in operational and project-related tasks  * Participate in various local HR projects, event organization and process improvements   What We’re Looking For * University degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, or a related field  * Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition  * Experience in sourcing and familiarity with sourcing tools  * Fluent Hungarian and good English language knowledge are essential  * Strong organizational and communication skills  * Proactive, curious mindset with openness to learning new practices and approaches  * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment    What We Offer * Opportunity to join a purpose-driven and fast-growing company operating in a stable and profitable industry  * Exposure to diverse HR activities and projects  * Competitive compensation and benefits package  * Cafeteria system (net HUF 22,500/month)  * Company laptop and mobile phone  * Structured onboarding process and continuous professional support in your daily work  * Professional development opportunities within a multinational environment
