JOB SUMMARY

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in human resources management practices including benefits administration, conflict management, and project management.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as Oracle HCM, Paychex, Dayforce, ADP, UltiPro, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong administrative experience with data collection and social media management for employer branding.
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes and relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance management initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.

  • Collaborate on change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transitions.
  • Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and workforce management.
  • Support affirmative action planning and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
  • Utilize ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS for efficient recruitment processes.
