As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for all HR-related activities in Germany. You will work closely with the HR Advisor for the relevant business unit and support various HR tasks, including:

• Managing HR administration, including: employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes;
• Processing payroll inputs and addressing queries related to payslips;
• Providing HR advice in collaboration with the HR Advisor;
• Overseeing absence management and ensuring employee health and safety;
• Supporting recruitment and conducting job interviews;
• Developing and implementing HR policies;
• Optimising HR processes and systems, including introducing an international HR and payroll system;
• Ensuring compliance with German employment laws and regulations;
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and our German payroll partner.
