Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, attendance tracking, employee records, recruitment, offboarding, and assist with general HR and administrative functions. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with UAE labor laws, and a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, final settlements, and other payments. Process payroll data, including timesheets, benefits, additions, and deductions, while maintaining payroll records. Create SIF files for WPS compliance, collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll-related accounts, handle payroll-related queries, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Conduct salary benchmarking, analyze industry trends, and recommend compensation adjustments. Manage leave settlements, gratuity payments, and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Respond to employee inquiries regarding general HR information, payroll, and benefits.
  • Attendance & Leave Administration: Monitor biometric attendance, track leave records, verify absences, and ensure policy compliance. Follow up on missing attendance records and consolidate data for payroll processing.
  • Employee Records & HR Systems Management: Maintain and update employee master data and files, ensuring accurate documentation of employee life cycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and clearances.
  • Offboarding & Compliance Handling: Manage resignations and terminations, conduct exit interviews, process final settlements, and coordinate visa cancellations. Ensure company assets are returned and access is revoked for exiting employees. Ensure compliance with UAE labor law regarding gratuity calculations and end-of-service benefits.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage job postings, and facilitate the hiring process in line with business requirements.
  • HR Administration & Employee Relations: Draft HR communications, handle employee concerns, prepare warning letters, and ensure compliance with policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in payroll processing (manual & software).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS (preferred).
  • Experience in .SIF File Creation.
  • Experience with handling insurance benefits administration (preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
