The main responsibilities and the specifications for the roles are shared below:What We Expect To provide necessary support in terms of HR processes (recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, remuneration) and to develop necessary system according to business strategies of the customer. To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics. To provide insight and support for Talent Management team; for recruitment / promotion and rotation processes in order to contribute CCI's current and future talent pool. To design and implement actions aimed to increase & sustain engagement / motivation / performance for the related accounts. To ensure compliance of CCI employee practices with the Labor Law, the Collective Labour Agreement, and all relevant legislation. To provide insights in decision making for Disciplinary/Ethical Code processes. To detect L&D needs of related accounts and to collaborate with L&D team and function to meet those needs. To provide execution of performance management, talent development forms, and to conduct PIP process accordingly. On-Time in full completion of the processes and projects. Responsibilities
The HR Specialist will provide essential support for core HR processes such as recruitment, performance, and remuneration, acting as the primary contact for all employee HR-related inquiries. They are also expected to design and implement actions to boost engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical codes.
