We are seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HR department on October 1, 2026. This role involves independently managing a specific department within our organization and handling payroll.

Your responsibilities will be diverse:

- Independent management of a specific department within our organization and advising managers and employees on HR and labor law issues

- Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding, including employment contracts and amendments, based on the AVR Caritas collective agreement and current standard templates

- Review of job classifications and step assignments; Special cases and cases of doubt will be coordinated with the HR management

. Responsibilities include: independent processing of monthly payroll, including all necessary preparatory and follow-up work

; handling of ongoing personnel matters, maintenance of employee master data, and communication with social security institutions, health insurance companies, and authorities

; providing HR support for recruitment processes and close collaboration with facility management

; and contributing to the standardization and further development of administrative HR processes.

Your qualifications are impressive:

Commercial training or a relevant degree, e.g., in business administration, human resources management, or health and social management; professional experience in HR administration and payroll

; and sound knowledge of labor law, social security law, and income tax law. Knowledge of the AVR Caritas (Collective Bargaining Agreement for Caritas) is an advantage
