Job Description About your role We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented and passionate HR Specialist to join our team in Philippines. The HR Specialist will be reporting to the Manager for People and Culture for the Philippines, located at Alabang, with the following expected tasks: Review and update relevant HR documents, aimed to improve the overall organizational structure for the market; Understand, and recommend, improvement on current HR practices and procedures to ensure alignment with Global directive, as well as seamless HR process executions; Conceptualize enhancements on planned engagement activities And any other relevant HR tasks which may be assigned Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards Qualifications About You A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with experience on talent and organizational development, labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, and policy review. Professional skills in relation to the following programs: - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and other HR applications such as SuccessFactors and SAP Demonstrates a high degree of organizational ability with the ability to effectively priorities tasks. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
