Purpose of the Position: We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to ensure effective HR operations by managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role also supports policy implementation and maintaining data accuracy within HR systems. By fostering a positive work culture and aligning HR practices with organizational goals, this position contributes to employee satisfaction and overall business success. Location: Hassan-abdal Reporting: Manager HR Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary actions in coordination with HR leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records within the HRIS system. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Prepare HR reports for monthly review meetings. Coordinate the execution of all required training as per the training calendar and take initiatives to plan and implement employee engagement activities. Oversee smooth employee offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and initiate final clearance in accordance with company policy.
