Home : TB&C Group Job Description Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS updates, and documentation. Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience. Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data. Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including tracking attendance and evaluating outcomes. Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making. Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Language skills: German (native), English (fluent).
