For our client, a German subsidiary of an outstanding public company from China in the field of new energy (group of more than 7,000 employees). We are looking for a HR Specialist (full-time job).

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Previous experience in a human resources role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and performance management systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
  • Fluent in English and German
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Utilize Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage employee data and track performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct development planning for employees and assess training needs to ensure career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Support and collaborate with management on employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor relations and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.
