Description

DFT is a globally operating solutions provider for automated sorting and conveying technology in intralogistics plant engineering. The Bielefeld-based company, with over 550 employees, was first founded in 1954 as a division of Dürkoppwerke. After being spun off as an independent GmbH (limited liability company) in 1995, DFT became part of the KNAPP Group in 2010 and has since expanded its portfolio, particularly in the areas of sorting and sequencing.

Since 2025, DFT has operated as the group-wide competence center for sorting technology within the KNAPP Group. With innovations such as the modular push-tray sorter, DFT offers flexible sorter platforms that can be individually adapted to customer requirements.

Another milestone: In 2025, DFT implemented its 100th system using proven adapter technology in the field of overhead conveyor systems. The focus is on comprehensive solutions and services for customers in industries such as fashion, retail, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and parcel & postal services.

  • You plan, organize, support and moderate workshops, trainings, development programs and leadership events, and continuously develop our leadership development formats.
  • You support managers in reflecting on and developing their leadership work and implement targeted development measures together with them.
  • You identify development needs, design suitable qualification and development programs, and work closely with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • You drive the further development of our DFT Academy and promote a sustainable learning and development culture through new concepts and formats.
  • You contribute your own ideas and impulses on topics such as leadership, collaboration, empowerment, communication and employee development, and support corresponding change processes.

What you bring:

  • Professional experience in recruiting and/or personnel development.
  • Enthusiasm for modern HR work and a good feel for people and organizations.
  • Enjoyment in moderating workshops, training sessions or other group formats and inspiring people with new ideas.
  • A confident demeanor and a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to work. Strong
  • communication skills, initiative, and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
