Magal Solutions is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team! Magal Solutions is a global leading Homeland Security company, delivering turnkey security projects for critical sites worldwide. The role is currently based in Yehud and will relocate to Modi’in during 2026. This is a maternity leave replacement for a period of 10–12 months. About the Role This role is responsible for creating and maintaining an excellent employee experience, including onboarding, training, and organizational development processes. Responsibilities Onboarding/offboarding processes Employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure Leading the end-to-end recruitment life cycle Developing creative sourcing solutions Planning and supporting employee training & development Executing welfare and engagement activities Designing and implementing HR programs and policies Providing HR support to managers in global subsidiaries HR data analysis, including support in QBR preparation and ongoing HR processes Requirements At least 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist in a global technology company – must Experience in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs Experience conducting face-to-face HR interviews Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, multitasker, strong team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field Fluent English – spoken and written
