Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dunai, UAE. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and local labor regulations. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will administer employee benefits, support performance management and talent development initiatives, and provide guidance to managers on personnel and workplace matters. The role includes coordinating recruitment and onboarding, supporting employee engagement activities, and contributing to HR process improvements that align with Mileoni’s strategic objectives. The specialist will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a fair, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.


Qualifications:


  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Personnel Management, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience working in infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in standard HR software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred.
