Building and maintaining master, time management, and payroll data, as well as creating. Documents within defined administrative processes, especially processing incoming work orders in Workday. Support in payroll processing and handling special cases, checking determined data and payroll results, including error analysis and correction. Handling specialised matters, correspondence, and the creation of certificates. Advising and informing employees, HRBPs, and managers about applicable legal, collective, and company regulations in general and specialised matters of personnel administration, payroll, and time management. Participation in projects and special topics. General administrative support. Qualifications You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar; A few years of experience in the field of HR/Legal with payroll data and processing of it; Experience with workforce management by combining payroll processing, time tracking, leave management, and similar; Experience with SAP/R3 or at least strong knowledge of SAP; Experience with Workday or similar; Analytical thinking and Independent working style; Good communication skills; Strong fluency in German is a must, and a business level of English is required.
