HR SPECIALIST (PAYCOM)

Our Salem, OR based client is seeking a HR Specialist with strong experience in Paycom, HRIS administration, and a passion for human resources.
This role is fully onsite in Salem, Oregon.

HR Specialist (Paycom) Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, with strong reporting and data troubleshooting skills.
  • Paycom experience is highly preferred. Must have experience writing reports within an HRIS system.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid command of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to train others and work independently
Responsibilities

HR Specialist (Paycom) Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer employee data in Paycom, including compensation, benefits, COBRA, and system workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues with third-party vendors, insurance providers, and internal payroll.
  • Develop and run HRIS reports to support data-driven decision-making for HR leadership.
  • Train employees and managers on how to navigate and utilize HRIS tools and timekeeping features.
  • Support Open Enrollment, new hire benefits onboarding, and ensure data integrity across carrier portals and internal systems.

HR Specialist (Paycom) Qualifications

Salary: $70-78K (DOE)
