Your responsibilities: •Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle according to the local legislation and company policies. • HR administration and document management throughout the employee lifecycle – employment contracts, employment changes, terminations; •Maintain and administer all types of absences – holidays, sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves; • Prepare regular payroll reports for management and assist with internal or external audits. •Participate in company the onboarding processes; •Works and enter data in HRMS (database administration); •Participates in implementation of the company onboarding program; •Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor and tax legislation; • Knowledge of the labor and social security legislation; • Experience with Payroll software Omeks; • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Very good knowledge of English language; • Willingness to learn and develop; •Opportunity for learning and development in different HR areas (recruitment, performance management, engagement, training processes) based on your preferences. •Gaining experience in a multinational environment. •Positive working environment; •Hybrid working model (from home and in the office) •Supplementary health insurance; •Transportation benefits; •Food vouchers; The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process.
