You will be responsible for managing daily human resources including being a contact for employee relations. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all payroll data, ensuring accuracy, auditing records for compliance with federal and state regulations, and resolving payroll discrepancies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll operations and HRIS systems to ensure timely, accurate compensation. Starting salary $25 per hour + (based on experience) stipends/bonuses. Requirements Experience: Proven 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, Analyst, or similar role. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll software Knowledge: Deep understanding of payroll taxes, benefits administration, and labor laws as well as HR best practices Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high confidentiality, and strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree in HR, or relevant field.
