Position: HR Specialist
HR Specialist (Powder Coating Industry – UAE Experience Required)
Powder Coating & Metal Finishing Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years in UAE (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Handle visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and ensure audit compliance.
  • Support manpower planning, training initiatives, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in industrial/manufacturing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage).
