Job Description In our warm and welcoming company, you will be assigned with these following tasks: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of high qualified talents, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Draft and review of employment contracts, agreements and other HR legal documents to ensure that they comply with applicable laws and regulations. Advice and support management and employees on all employment law issues including the harmonization of employment contracts and working conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Administer payroll and time recording for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. Organization, coordination and performance of employee performance reviews. Further optimization of HR monthly reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure data privacy and security in accordance with regulations. Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention. Organize company events and team-building activities. Qualifications Experience in an HR role in Germany (at least 1 year). Basic knowledge of German labor laws and regulations. Preference will be given to candidate with HR controlling, payroll accounting, German social security, tax labor law, and/or international recruiting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Fluent in German (at least B2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities.
