HR Specialist As an HR Specialist for Rekor Israel, the ideal candidate will lead with purpose, trust and inclusion, and be accountable to implement HR for the Tel Aviv team, provide coaching for employee relations, implement and collaborate on local employee programs, initiatives and policies, with strong focus on technical talent acquisition, while fostering employee engagement in an inclusive culture to achieve business success. This HR role is an integral part of a global organization working closely with both local and global leaders, and reports directly to Rekor’s Chief People Officer, based in US. The Contribution: HR Specialist (sole HR practitioner) will lead to support and implement Rekor’s HR strategy, while attracting critical skilled talent acquisition locally. Talent Acquisition: Full lifecycle recruiting experience from recruitment to onboarding, source to identify top qualified candidates, interview and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsible to collaborate and drive next gen HR initiatives and programs across the local team to include employee relations, performance empowerment, create engaging employee learning and development curriculum, and make a significant impact. Continue to build psychological safe culture that inspires, engages and creates a sense of inclusion and belonging – as well physical safety is paramount. Enable strong employee experiences and lead to enhance our culture; lead globally, act locally. Coach and guide managers and employees where all feel valued and excited to take ownership in their work to deliver the right results for our employees and customers. Lead monthly management round table meeting to discuss HR related topics Act as a trusted partner and culture champion, fostering open communication, strong relationships, and a positive employee experience across the organization. Implement any new HR procedures, process, policies and projects. Manage onboarding and offboarding. Coach for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers on performance management to help navigate challenges, performance related documents and conduct internal investigations as appropriate. Partner with finance for payroll and benefits. Consult with external legal counsel for all HR legal employee matters, to include updated regulatory compliance, policies and procedures. Manage talent acquisition ATS and global ADP HRIS system. Dual additional responsibilities to perform as PT Office Manager, to include yet not limited to operational and logistical management of the office site and its facilities, as well supply planning and inventory control. Ensure effective collaboration with external vendors to support office operations and employee workplace services. Minimum 3 yrs experience of HR professional consultative experience with managers and employees. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written fluency in both English and Hebrew. Strong independence to function autonomously, self-confident, proactive positive attitude, with strong integrity building a workplace that is all about trust and collaboration. Experience supporting and coaching managers with a proven ability to be an impactful advisor with consultative approach, acting as a connector with stellar communication skills. Ability to work with all levels within an organization. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solver, with intellectual curiosity and bias for action looking for ways to make the organization better.
