Job Description As an HR Specialist, you will support the delivery of operational HR services within our regional hub, working closely with employees, managers, and the HR Delivery team. You will contribute to a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient processes and compliance with local labour law. Key Responsibilities HR Service Delivery: Manage HR queries via AskHR and support managers in the lead country, ensuring timely and accurate handling of operational HR processes Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding, employee changes, engagement initiatives, and offboarding processes locally and across the region Policy & Compliance: Apply HR policies in line with German labour law and company standards; support policy updates and escalate complex cases as required Employee Relations: Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including documentation and coordination Performance & Reward: Support performance management and compensation cycles through data preparation, communication, and manager guidance HR Data & Systems: Maintain accurate HRIS data, support payroll input, and produce standard HR reports Culture & Talent Initiatives: Assist with the local implementation of global HR programmes and engagement initiatives Qualifications Degree or vocational qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field Experience in an operational HR role, ideally in an international environment Good knowledge of German labour law and HR processes Structured, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently Experience with HR systems and data reporting Fluent in German and English Department: Human Resources
