QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Admin, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional experience in related fields (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, Canva, ClickUp, etc.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
  • High-speed wired internet connection (200 Mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

    Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm (1hr lunch)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns regarding employee performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns related to emotional well-being, workplace conflicts, and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to provide guidance and support, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure alignment between their expectations and employee deliverables, addressing any discrepancies proactively.
  • Help design and implement strategies to increase employee retention, focusing on improving workplace satisfaction and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to organize holiday celebrations, training sessions, and other events that contribute to a cohesive workplace culture.
  • Address HR-related tasks, including policy development, performance reviews, and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies to address organizational needs and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding process by fostering positive first impressions and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
