Description
* Position Summary Lead the entire payroll flow from processing to reporting and reconciliation to the HCM Cloud and Dayforce for Onboarding and offboarding. Complete compliance related duties in accordance with company policy, Vietnam Labor Laws. Process for background check, ORC and ServiceNow onboarding of employment activities as well offboarding. Maintaining the employee information accurately on timely and effectively in HCM Cloud and Dayforce Generate HR reports (headcount, working hour & Overtime, absence….) and assist with audits and data integrity checks. Handle insurance administration, tax reporting (PIT), and compliance-related documentation.
