Core-VA Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support and strengthen our growing remote workforce. This role is ideal for someone with solid HR operations experience, a background in staffing or recruitment agencies, and the ability to build efficient systems that support scalability. We are looking for a professional who understands how to match qualified candidates with client requirements while improving internal workflows through automation and structured processes. Key Responsibilities HR & Recruitment Operations • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes • Source, screen, and match qualified professionals based on client requirements, skill sets, and culture fit • Coordinate interviews, client endorsements, and onboarding processes • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and compliance documentation • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring • Ensure all HR processes remain organized, audit-ready, and compliant • Review current HR and recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies • Build and maintain automated systems • Integrate and streamline systems (ATS, CRM, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, email tools) • Develop structured SOPs for both manual and automated processes • Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition Proven experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency Strong experience matching professionals with client-specific requirements Experience managing multiple hiring pipelines and client accounts Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or remote teams Experience working with recruitment KPIs Strong knowledge of onboarding documentation, compliance, and payroll coordination Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, Asana, and Microsoft Office Work From Home Competitive Pay Rates Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Strong Support System Long-Term/Permanent Work Opportunity
