THE OPPORTUNITY:

The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting to fill the permanent full-time position of HR Specialist - Systems. This position is responsible for the configuration, administration, and promotion of human resource information and business systems that support and improve the productivity of the Human Resources Department and provides quality human resource management information and processes to the organization.
The position ensures information capture, tracking, analysis, and provides reporting and advice to management in support of their information requirements. The Specialist will lead system related projects, audit processes to improve service provision and maintain data integrity as well as provide training and support to Human Capital Management system users.
