JOB SCOPE :

• Identify the learning, training and development needs of the organization
• Lead on HR training system and audits
• Manage administration of training for budget and expenses
• Lead internship programs
• Handle full recruitment cycle
• Manage new hires administration and conduct onboarding
• Lead in people engagement activities and events
• Support plant communication
• Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in HR or equivalent.

• 1 - 2 years’ of relevant experience

• Experience in Manufacturing environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
• Perm position
