Description

Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Law and Sharjah HR regulations
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations
Maintain and audit HR data integrity in HRMS/HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making
Support recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing coordination, and candidate experience
Design and facilitate training & development programs and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations
