JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an HR SPECIALIST – Training who will design, implement, and oversee employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and align with company goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, and capable of delivering engaging training sessions across all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 years of experience in training and development, learning facilitation, or instructional design
  • Proficient in facilitation, , presentation, and training needs analysis
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with business goals
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees and leaders
  • Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and design interventions
  • Maintain updated records of employee development and training compliance
