Greetings from your future manager We’re hiring a HR Specialist for a one-year assignment to help us deliver effective, engaging learning experiences. Jenny Qu, HR Director What you will do: Supporting the implementation of UPM learning initiatives in China and APAC Delivering training courses based on the business needs Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop content that’s relevant and impactful Managing training logistics, scheduling, and communications Measuring learning effectiveness and making data-informed improvements Who you are You have 2-3 years relevant experience You have good cultural agility, excellent communication skills, with good language skills in Chinese and English You have strong problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills You have strong commitment to process and quality development, with good learning agility You are flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks This is what we offer for you A meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
