Description
The HR Specialist is a hands-on role that combines two key responsibilities: supporting the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle at our Modiin site and driving employee welfare initiatives across Israel. Support the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) in accordance with local labor laws and HR policies. Serve as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on routine HR matters. Coordinate and support employees’ welfare programs in Israel, including vendor management and employee communication. Assist in planning and executing community contribution plan at Israel level. Support the local implementation of HR programs, ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting in HR systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR roles. Experience in managing employee life cycles and HR processes, preferably in Global organizations Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
