Enercon is recruiting a Regional HR Specialist reporting to the Regional HR Director and collaborating with the Regional HR Management Team in driving strategic HR projects, business excellence, and continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing HR initiatives, fostering best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Partner with the Regional HR Director to align the Regional HR Management Team around the HR strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Management Team and Global HR Competence Center to ensure alignment on regional and global HR projects.
  • Lead and manage HR projects, proactively identifying risks, issues and opportunities.
  • Develop, maintaining, and enforce compliance with HR policies, processes, and regional templates to strengthen organizational governance.
  • Provide expertise in organizational and leadership development and fostering engagement and long-term success.
  • Drive leadership initiatives in line with company values and strategic goals
  • Guiding the performance management cycle, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
  • Enhance and standardize recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding across the Region to attract and retain talent.
  • Offer support on hiring strategies and challenges.
  • Monitor and guide retention initiatives, such as exit interview analysis.
  • Apply and promote a safety-first culture and work environment.

Qualifications and Profile:

  • Higher education with the ability to operate at strategic and pragmatic level.
  • Strong track record of experience in HR related project management roles at senior level within an international setting.
  • Experience working in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior managers, employees and external partners.
  • Strong ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments.
  • Experience in a matrix organisation.
  • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good communications skills in one of the other languages in our region: French or Dutch.
