Responsibilities
  • Check and confirm the accuracy of requests from Local HR
  • Carry out the requests from Local HR efficiently
  • Complete tasks on time as per agreed deadlines
  • Prepare standard and custom reports for Local HR, including information for other departments like IT, Operations, and Finance
  • Suggest ways to improve our processes for better service
  • Help maintain and ensure the proper functioning of AXA’s HR systems (Oracle, Taleo, and others)

What you’ll bring:

  • Language Skills: Native-level Czech or Polish, advanced French, and communicative English
  • Excel Skills: Good knowledge of Excel is required
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or an administrative role is a plus
  • Independence: Ability to perform tasks independently and take initiative
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
