We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent through assistance in development and implementation of policies and procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making Xgrid a better place to work. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. Job Responsibilities Aid in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Offer recommendations on policies and procedures Actively contribute to the management of the hiring process by tasks such as crafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and coordinating interview schedules. Create and implement effective onboarding plans Assist in establishment of training and development programs Assist in performance management processes Assist with disciplinary and grievance matters. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Ensure legal compliance in employment and working conditions.
